Description
Describe the bug
I'm having an issue with both Unreal Gold 226 and UT99 GOTY v436. Both games are set up properly with the runtime and proper drivers, but upon launching they take over 2 minutes to initialize. At this point all I get is audio for the next 10 minutes or so until video finally appears. Only a handful of frames are rendered at a time before another massive freeze happens. Unreal Tournament GOTY with Old Unreal's v469d patch works perfectly with RTX Remix, so this really has me confused. I'm including a screenshot of Task Manager while Unreal Gold is attempting to run.
How do you reproduce the bug?
Unknown
What is the expected behavior?
The runtime should... run smoothly.

Research direction
Start by reviewing d3d9.log, Unreal_d3d9.log, and NvRemixBridge.log alongside the reported Unreal Gold and UT99 versions. Compare their initialization and rendering behavior with the working UT99 v469d setup described in the issue. Done means both games initialize and render smoothly without prolonged freezes.
