Research direction
Start by reproducing the flashing in Star Wars: Battlefront 2 (2005) with the HD mod, RTX Remix, and DLSS Frame Generation enabled, using the listed runtime and bridge builds on an RTX 4090. Compare behavior with Frame Generation disabled and investigate the runtime path involved; done means the flashing is explained and the corrected behavior is verified.
