Description
Describe the bug
The graphs in the "Latency Stats Window" stop plotting reliably for +/- 1s every other second. (see video)
How do you reproduce the bug?
The bug is reproducible in Deus Ex (latest version or Steam), with any release of the echelon renderer.
- Go to the developer menu, 'Rendering tab'
- Expand the 'General' category
- Click the "Toggle Latency Stats Window"
- Observe the window for more than a few seconds; it should render properly for a second, and then glitch for another second, before rendering properly again.
RTX Settings are as follows:
rtx.conf.txt
What is the expected behavior?
The graph should be consistent. If there are incompatible settings enabled, the graph should be disabled and a warning text should be shown that the graph has been disabled due to incompatible settings.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue through the developer menu's Rendering tab by enabling the Latency Stats Window in Deus Ex with the Echelon renderer. Review the attached NvRemixBridge.log, d3d9.log, and DeusEx_d3d9.log while comparing a correctly rendered second with a glitched one. Done means the graph renders consistently, or incompatible settings disable it with a warning.
