Describe the bug
Starting with 'fix-camera-snap' into 'main' #1269 it causes Star Trek Bridge Commander becomes unresponsive while loading enhancements on the main menu. On previous dxvk-remix builds it usually takes a few seconds to load and run the game.
Task manager shows the rtx-remix runtime bridge 50% cpu usage and stbc.exe not responding.

Research direction
Reproduce the hang with dxvk-remix #1269 or later and compare it with a previous build. Start by examining dxwrapper-stbc.log, remix-dxvk.log, and bridge32.log or bridge64.log while the enhancements load. Done means Star Trek Bridge Commander finishes loading enhancements without the runtime bridge consuming excessive CPU or leaving stbc.exe unresponsive.
