Description
Describe the bug
In Star Trek Bridge Commander when sampler feedback is enabled (default) it can result in blurry (emissive?) textures for some objects. Disabling improves texture quality significantly.
How do you reproduce the bug?
Sampler Feedback (default) Results in blurry low quality textures on some objects.
Turn off sampler feedback and textures looks crisp.
What is the expected behavior?
The runtime shouldn't degrade texture quality by having sampler feedback enabled.

Research direction
Start by comparing the attached bridge64.log, remix-dxvk.log, bridge32.log, and dxwrapper-stbc.log for Star Trek Bridge Commander with sampler feedback enabled versus disabled. Confirm the blurry-texture behavior and identify the runtime path involved; done means sampler feedback no longer reduces texture quality while remaining enabled by default.
