Description
Paragraph ([exec.adapt.general]/p7) grants implementor freedom to drop the set_error_t(exception_ptr) completion from any sender adaptor if the implementation is known statically to never call set_error with an exception_ptr.
This implementor freedom should be extended to all library-provided senders.

Research direction
Start with [[exec.adapt.general]/p7] in the linked execution specification and review the context from issue #472. Then inspect the library-provided senders to determine how the stated implementor freedom applies across them. Done means the specification and affected sender behavior consistently permit dropping set_error_t(exception_ptr) when it cannot be called.
