update `nvexec::_strm::operation_state_t` to store less when inner sender is a `stream_sender`

Description
When wrapping a stream sender, the following members of operation_state_t are unused and should not be present:
queue::host_ptr<variant_t> storage_;
task_t *task_{};
::cuda::std::atomic_flag started_;
