Description

First of all, awesome work!

I'm using the .clangd config from the repo root, but despite of that I cannot get rid of the "The NVIDIA schedulers and utilities requires CUDA" error in nvexec related headers:

Has anyone already had this error?

Research direction

Start with the repository-root .clangd configuration and the nvexec-related headers shown in the report; reproduce the clangd diagnostic and inspect how the configuration relates to CUDA-related diagnostics. Done means documenting a working configuration or clarifying why the repository configuration does not resolve the error.
