Description
The work you’ve done is remarkable and full of very useful information. However, the description of the “SPARK process” seems very dense to me and so rich in detail that I find it difficult to capture the big picture.
Since you’re describing a process consisting of steps, which presumably require inputs and generate outputs, I think a graphical or table representation that summarises this process and provides a bird’s-eye view would be helpful. This is common in functional safety standards, including ISO 26262, and I find it truly useful for readers approaching the document for the first time.

Research direction
Start by locating the SPARK process description in the project documentation and review its sequence of steps. Add a graphical or table summary showing the process inputs and outputs; done when readers can understand the bird’s-eye view without parsing all the detailed prose.
