Describe the bug

Connecting a second monitor freezes KDE Plasma (6.3.6) widgets and panels on Wayland. Behavior continues when booting with a dual monitor connection. Behavior is resolved when disconnecting other monitors.

To Reproduce

• On Debian 13 (trixie) using driver version 580.82.07 via cuda repository.
• Connect a second monitor via HDMI (DP unable to be tested)

Start by reviewing the NVIDIA open kernel driver version 580.82.07, Debian 13 kernel 6.12.41, and the attached nvidia-bug-report.log.gz in the KDE Plasma 6.3.6 Wayland multi-monitor setup.
