Describe the bug

If Freesync Premium is enabled in monitor settings, turning off monitor and then turning it on cause monitor to continuously turn on/turn off. It's not losing any signal.

Always happens when monitor is turn off because of power management and if you turn it off by hand.

• Doesn't happen on X11
• It can be stopped by switching to tty via ctrl + alt + f3, than back.

Expected that monitor is always turn on without any issues (like it did on X11)

Can't use X11 because on Fedora 42 it's borked.

Begin by reproducing the issue on Fedora 42 with Wayland, NVIDIA 575.51.02, and Freesync Premium enabled, then compare the behavior with X11. Inspect nvidia-bug-report.log.gz and the monitor power-management transition around wake-up; done means the monitor remains on reliably after power management or manual power-off.
