Sporadic black screen as a result of flip event timeout

Describe the bug

This issue only occurs after I left the computer for a while and the screen's power saver kicks in and turns off the display(LG 34'' UltraGear 34GN850). The display is connected with DisplayPort. The issue results in a black screen and the only way to recover is to force a power cycle.

This log entry is the only thing I can go on

To Reproduce

The issue is hard to reproduce. Just leave the computer until the display's builtin power saver kicks in.

(This happens around 3 times per week)

The report points to nvidia_drm's nv_drm_atomic_commit path and the flip-event timeout log; begin by reproducing display power-save on the RTX 4070 over DisplayPort. If the system remains usable, capture nvidia-bug-report.sh output, and consider the issue resolved when the timeout no longer leaves the display unrecoverable without a power cycle.
