Describe the bug
When turning HDR on KDE Plasma, the output looks washed out and it seems like HDR isn't turning on (my TV doesn't show the HDR logo).
It used to work on my RTX 3080 with the same drivers.

Research direction
Start by reviewing nvidia-bug-report.log.gz and reproducing the issue by enabling HDR in KDE Plasma on the listed Bazzite kernel and RTX 5080 setup. No source file or test is named; done means HDR output is enabled correctly rather than appearing washed out, with the display recognizing HDR.
