Kernel messages being spammed by these lines:

After a few iterations of the two, it keeps spamming NVRM: krcWatchdogCallbackVblankRecovery_IMPL [...].

To Reproduce

Just boot the system with the open kernel modules installed.

Start with the attached nvidia-bug-report.log.gz and the repeated Xid 16 and krcWatchdogCallbackVblankRecovery_IMPL messages. Reproduce on Fedora 40 with kernel 6.8.7-300.fc40.x86_64, NVIDIA 550.78 open modules, and an RTX 4070 SUPER; done means identifying and resolving the cause of the recurring messages.
