Research direction
Reproduce on an A10 with Ubuntu 22.04, kernel 6.2, Intel TDX, and driver 535.54.03, then run nvidia-smi in the TDVM. Capture nvidia-bug-report.log.gz and compare the result with the proprietary driver of the same version; done means the driver loads and nvidia-smi succeeds.
