Describe the bug

Framerate halves with each copy of the scene.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

  1. On Xorg start OBS with OBS_USE_EGL=1 obs
  2. Add any "Media Source", let's say a 60fps video footage.
  3. Enable "Windowed Projector (prview)", framerate should now be 30fps
  4. Open "Media Source" settings, framerate should now be 15fps

Research direction

The issue names no source files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing it with OBS_USE_EGL=1 on Xorg using a 60fps Media Source, then trace the affected rendering path; done means opening a Windowed Projector and Media Source settings no longer halves the framerate.
