Framerate halves with each copy of the scene.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce:
- On Xorg start OBS with OBS_USE_EGL=1 obs

- Enable "Windowed Projector (prview)", framerate should now be 30fps

Research direction
The issue names no source files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing it with OBS_USE_EGL=1 on Xorg using a 60fps Media Source, then trace the affected rendering path; done means opening a Windowed Projector and Media Source settings no longer halves the framerate.
