Tested in both Hybrid and Discrete BIOS modes.
Result is the same:

• nvidia-smi: No devices were found
• dmesg shows:
  • unexpected WPR2 already up
  • RmInitAdapter: Cannot initialize GSP firmware RM
  • RmInitAdapter failed! (0x62:0x40:2168)

Kernel params already tested:
nvidia-drm.modeset=1 pcie_aspm=off rd.driver.blacklist=nouveau
