Describe the bug
When loading any project with any number of clips, if there are clips on the timeline Resolve will throw a "Your GPU memory is full" error even though it is not. Additionally, timeline playback becomes super slow and no video is shown on playback within Resolve.
Rolling back to a previous Bluefin image with the 590.48.01-1 drivers makes all these problems go away.
This happens with Resolve 20.3.2 (the latest release at the time of writing) and the previous 20.3.1 release, too.
To Reproduce
- With 590.48.01-3 drivers present, start DaVinci Resolve and load a project.

Research direction
Start with the reproduction steps in the issue and inspect the attached nvidia-bug-report.log.gz, comparing behavior between driver versions 590.48.01-3 and 590.48.01-1. Done means DaVinci Resolve no longer reports false GPU memory exhaustion and timeline playback displays video at normal speed with the newer driver.
