Description

The name of the nvidia-settings application as it appears in app menus (compliant with freedesktop.org) is "NVIDIA X Server Settings", despite the fact that the app window's title has already dropped the reference to "X Server" and simply been renamed to "NVIDIA Settings". I believe dropping all mention of "X Server" is appropriate as the application is now display server agnostic, and functions for sessions utilizing both X and Wayland.

Research direction

Inspect the freedesktop.org application-menu metadata that supplies the nvidia-settings label and compare it with the existing window title, "NVIDIA Settings." Done means the menu label also drops "X Server" and is appropriate for both X and Wayland sessions.
