Description
Add Event Ledger as a first-class self-managed stack release. Wire its chart version, service URL, image settings, observability options, secrets contract, environment defaults, and required release dependencies.
Definition of Done
- The stack can enable and configure Event Ledger through normal values and environment configuration.
- Required secrets and service dependencies are declared by the stack.
