Description

Is this related to a problem? Please describe.

Self-managed operators need a supported way to connect external identity and gateway components to NVCF so they can secure endpoints and manage permissions with their existing access-control systems.

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide reference configurations and guides for OAuth or OpenID Connect identity providers and Envoy-based gateways, with Keycloak as an example identity provider. Cover the authentication flow, token validation, authorization mapping, and endpoint protection.

Research direction

Start by surveying the NVCF deployment documentation and integration points for external identity providers and Envoy gateways. Use the requested OAuth/OpenID Connect flow, token validation, authorization mapping, and endpoint protection as the checklist; done means reference configurations and guides include Keycloak as an example.
