Description
There's a method:
cuvsError_t cuvsCagraIndexGetDims(cuvsCagraIndex_t index, int* dim)
in CAGRA. In the same vein, it would be helpful to have a method to get the size of the index.
Knowing the number of vectors in the index is useful for preparing the prefilters (#870).
FYI @benfred @mythrocks @cjnolet.

- Open a pull request that references the issue number.
Research direction
Start by locating cuvsCagraIndexGetDims and the corresponding CAGRA, Bruteforce, and HNSW index APIs. Trace how each index stores its vector count, then verify that the finished work exposes a size or vector-count method for all three index types and add coverage where the existing API tests live.
