ann bench changes were removed from https://github.com/NVIDIA/cuvs/pull/1810 and need to be put into a separate PR. This is a tracker for the same. Reminder to address this comment: https://github.com/NVIDIA/cuvs/pull/1810#discussion_r3939786101
