Research direction
Start by tracing the C++ cuvs-bench path for header handling and compare it with the Python implementation described in PR 2130. Extend the C++ benchmark path so uint64 headers receive the same support, then run the relevant cuvs-bench checks to confirm uint64 input works end to end.
