Description

NVTX is helpful for performance measurements, when using such tools as Nvidia Nsight Systems. This should allow us to trace which cuvs-java calls are taking the most time, and examine the call-graphs down to the specific libcuvs kernels.

It would be good to add NVTX traces to cuvs-java, at least for the critical functions in the API.
