Description
I want to pin cutlass version that can work with my project, but could not find if cutlass follows semantic version. Right now project requires cutlass 3.5.1. Is it safe to have >=3.5.1;<4.0.0 restriction, or it should be >=3.5.1;<3.6.0?

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. First establish CUTLASS's versioning and compatibility policy with the maintainers, then document whether a 3.5.1 dependency may use the <4.0.0 or <3.6.0 range; done means the supported constraint is stated clearly.
