Description
What is your question?
Like here, I see many usage of PipelineState but find no definition. I do find some in other files like:
using PipelineState = cutlass::PipelineState<DispatchPolicy::Stages>;
But, can we define something outside the class?

Research direction
Start by reading cutlass/include/cutlass/gemm/kernel/sm90_gemm_tma_warpspecialized_cooperative.hpp and tracing each PipelineState usage in the surrounding class. Compare those usages with the PipelineState aliases shown in the question and locate the relevant definition in the repository. Done means explaining where PipelineState is defined and whether it can be defined outside the class.
