Description
Since most of the third party modeling languages are community maintained and might not have gpu runners, we may need to add tests in cuOpt repository to make sure there are no breakages in modeling languages.
- PuLP
- Jump
- CVXPY
Add other modeling languages which needs to be added to this list as and when they are ready.

Research direction
Start by reviewing how the existing JuMP and CVXPY coverage is implemented and how the repository’s CI runs modeling-language tests; the issue does not name specific files or entry points. Done means adding PuLP coverage and updating the list as other ready modeling languages gain tests without relying on third-party GPU runners.
