[FEA] Ability to write multiple files in `to_orc` in a similar file naming pattern to that of `to_csv`

Hello guys,

I wonder if we can rename the files when we use to_orc in dask_cudf, such as `ddf.to_orc('name-*.orc')`? I think we are able to do it in `ddf.to_csv()`. Thanks
