Describe the feature

Add a command that will allow placing a vertical barrier bar through a circuit diagram to separate out different parts of the circuit visually. For example, when creating a circuit for QPE for unitary U, it would be nice to be able to visually separate out the inverse QFT from the controlled-U gates.

Research direction

Start with the cudaq.draw entry point and trace how circuit operations become diagram elements. Determine the barrier operator's expected placement and verify that QPE-style circuit diagrams visibly separate the inverse QFT from the controlled-U gates.
