Description
I am running up against the qubit limit in the pauli propagation simulation. Is there a reason to cap the simulation size at ~700 qubits or can it be expanded?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Pauli propagation simulation near the reported 700-qubit limit and identify where the size cap is reported. Determine whether the limit is intentional or can be increased; done means either documenting the reason for the cap or verifying a larger supported simulation size.
