### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, data generation code is duplicated between benchmarks and tests. Verifying algorithm outputs in CCCL tunings would lead to increase of code duplication for reference solution computation and verification.

We should extract common components like data generation, solution computation, and result verification into a component that can be re-used between tests and benchmarks.
