Description
We currently run `compute-sanitizer` in our CI, but only on an RTX A6000, so any Hopper and Blackwell features are not tested under `compute-sanitizer`. Given the increase in TMA usage, we should add CI runs using `compute-sanitizer` on a Blackwell GPU.
