https://github.com/NVIDIA/cccl/blob/main/cudax/include/cuda/experimental/buffer.cuh doesn't include `async_buffer`, but https://github.com/NVIDIA/cccl/blob/main/cudax/include/cuda/experimental/container.cuh does. Why do we have two headers for this anyways?
