[DOC]: Extract from source and create a libcu++ examples standalone subsection under the libcu++ section

We do have very few examples for libcu++ but given the utilitarian purpose of the library I am not sure if an examples standalone page is mandatory.

Maybe demonstrating how to use various standard facilities in GPU would be useful.
