### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The facilities in `` do not support type lists other than `::cuda::std::__type_list`. This makes it hard to use the facilities on third-party type lists, e.g. `std::tuple` or `nvbench::type_list`.

The following fails to compile:
```c++
#include

template
struct my_list;

using integral_types = my_list;
using fundamental_types = ::cuda::std::__type_concat>;
```
