Description
There is a broken link in the README for **synchronization primitives section**. I am not sure if the link should point [here](https://nvidia.github.io/libcudacxx/extended_api.html#synchronization-primitives) or [here](https://github.com/NVIDIA/libcudacxx/blob/main/docs/extended_api/synchronization_primitives.md). Based on the broken link, I would assume the later. Happy to open PR if someone confirms the correct link.
