Description

currently ANARI can specify normal like any other attribute, but barney internally has a more classical index[]/vertex[]/normal[] representation.
should kill the latter and replace with all anari attribute handling.

Research direction

Start by tracing the Triangles geometry implementation and the existing ANARI attribute handling to identify where index[], vertex[], and normal[] are represented. Done means the classical normal-array representation is removed and normals are handled through the ANARI attribute system consistently.
