Description

I run this:
C:\Users\Admin\Desktop\apex-master\apex>pip install -v --no-cache-dir --global-option="--cpp_ext" --global-option="--cuda_ext" .

Then it showed a error:
ERROR: Directory '.' is not installable. Neither 'setup.py' nor 'pyproject.toml' found.

Why???? How to fix it? Thank you!

Research direction

The report provides a Windows 10 pip command and the error that setup.py or pyproject.toml is missing, but names no repository file or test. Start by checking the repository's installation entry point and reproducing the command from the project root; done means the supported Windows installation path and cause of this error are established.
