Description
I uninstall and reinstall the Apex package, but I encounter the following errors:
AttributeError: module 'apex.optimizers' has no attribute 'FusedSGD'
and amp has no attribute 'state_dict'
When installing, I used Cuda10.1 and Pytorch1.2 and commented the hard Cuda version mismatch error in setup.py.
