Description
Bug
Encounter an error. Same error comes for both pytorch-nightly and pytorch-1.1.0
have re-installed apex and maskrcnn-benchmark many times. Can anyone give a help? Thanks!

Research direction
Start with tools/train_net.py and maskrcnn_benchmark/engine/trainer.py, especially the call to amp.scale_loss shown in the traceback. Trace where amp.initialize is expected to run and compare that path with the reported training entry point. Done means reproducing the failure and establishing whether the initialization path is missing or incorrectly configured.
