Description

I tried to do this with the tensorrt plugin, but you need to specify the output dimensions, and the output dimensions of these two operators are dynamic and determined in the enqueue.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the TensorRT plugin interface for output-dimension handling and the enqueue stage. Determine whether nonzero and unique can support dimensions computed during enqueue, and document the supported approach or limitation; the issue names no files or tests to run.
