[Doc]: Consider moving Tech Blogs/News to bottom of README

Description
📚 The doc issue
As a potential user of any GitHub repo, I rely on its README to be deeply pragmatic, developer-focused and quickly answer "Who is this project for?" and "What problem does it solve?".
The top of the current README is filled with links to blogs/news and I have to scroll down 2-3 full pages of text to get to the information I care about most as a potential/current user.
Suggest a potential alternative/fix
Please consider moving these links to the bottom of the README to make it easier to find the information developers care about most.
Before submitting a new issue...
