NemoClaw v0.0.70 regression on macOS: interactive onboard wizard skips the Policy Presets TUI step after Sandbox Name. Wizard reaches inference → Brave → Messaging → Sandbox Name then stops. 3/3 retries fail identically. Regression from v0.0.69.
