Discord onboarding on nemoclaw

Nemoclaw is not reacheable from discord

### Reproduction Steps

nemoclaw onboarding
setup the discord token and channel id
when I try to contact nemoclaw using discord from the channel with the string "@bot-nemoclaw hello". It does not respond.

### Environment

- OS: ubuntu 26.04
- Node.js: v22.22.2
- Docker: Docker Engine 29.4.1
- Nemoclaw: v0.0.33
