Description

Version

26.03

Which installation method(s) does this occur on?

Describe the bug.

I should be able to use the snippet for audio ingestion in the quickstart using the Python API only, and it should automatically use a GPU for the parakeet model.

Research direction

Start with the Python API audio-ingestion quickstart on version 26.03 and reproduce the parakeet model workflow while checking whether a GPU is selected. Trace the resource-selection path used by that entry point; done means the quickstart snippet automatically uses a GPU without extra configuration.
