Describe the problems in the documentation
Since unstructured.io and adobe are supported, we need to include some information on required environment variables to set (eg. ADOBE_CLIENT_ID, ADOBE_CLIENT_SECRET, etc) or which part of the code to refer to for different setup instructions.
