Description
I'm working on a a regression task and can't use ops.FileReader since the label format must be an integer. Is there a reason to enforce this restriction, or would it be possible to lift this constraint?

Research direction
Start by locating ops.FileReader and the code enforcing integer labels, then trace how target values are represented through the operator. Determine whether floating-point targets can be supported without breaking existing behavior. Done means floating-point labels are accepted by FileReader and the relevant behavior is covered by tests.
