Description

It is well known that lz family algorithms do very well on scientific data when bit-shuffle is applied (see HDF5, esp blosc shuffle implementations). How about adding such a cascade option here?

Also how about a bit-exact floating point delta cascade kernel? Likely amounts to saving a residual term backed out of the prefix sum difference vs original value. Could be interesting.
