• CUDA used for AMGX compilation: CUDA 12.4.1
• AMGX version : v2.5.0
• Any related environment variables information

Additional context

Is it a bug? Or I do something wrong?

Reproduce the failure with the reported CMake configuration and make -j16 all. Start at include/cusp/detail/functional.h:42 and the src/core.cu compilation shown in the log, then determine why identity is already declared under GCC 11.4.0 and CUDA 12.4.1; done means the AMGX build completes successfully.
